About Us

  • Law Offices of Robin M. Petersen, Estates and Elder Law Attorney for the Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard At the Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard, we take a personal, hands-on approach: We will meet with you, face-to-face, take the time to get to know you, and gain a thorough understanding of your concerns and goals. Your legal matters will be handled professionally, respectfully, and expeditiously. We take pride in working closely with our clients to ensure that they obtain the best representation for the investment. We limit our practice to Estate Planning, Elder Law, and closely related areas to provide the level of service and legal representation necessary to preserve our clients’ rights. Our Founder, Robin M. Petersen, is Board Certified in Elder Law by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. He is honored to have received accreditation by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to prepare, present, and prosecute claims for veterans before the VA. Accreditation refers to the authority granted by the VA to those attorneys who meet the standards established by the VA. The VA’s stated purpose in requiring attorney accreditation is to ensure that claimants for VA benefits receive “qualified assistance in preparing and presenting their claims.” Mr. Petersen is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Military Appeals.
